The duration of therapy varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (8-12 sessions), while others prefer ongoing support. We'll regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. Everything we discuss is private and protected by law, with rare exceptions (such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others).

Life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

I operate as a private pay provider, which means I don't directly bill insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
